Sudbrooke Drive, Lincoln | Refurbishment & Masterplan

This exciting phased project would have seen the major redevelopment of a community centre into the County’s sports hub. Lincolnshire Sports, in partnership with Lincolnshire Community Foundation, had negotiated a community asset transfer of this underutilised resource as an integral part of this ambitious project. Phase one included the refurbishment of the current building to maximise its use as a centre of sporting excellence and accommodation for Lincolnshire Sports offices.
