Old Cantley, Doncaster | House Extension & Annex

This substantial two-story suburban extension comprises a discrete annex for the client’s father and a generous master bedroom with an en suite and walk-in wardrobe. We also remodelled the ground floor living space of the existing property to introduce both a play room and a sun room to meet the needs of all three generations of this growing family. We refenestrated the whole property and replaced the fascia and rainwater goods throughout to further cohere the design scheme. The addition of bi-folding doors to the ground floor open living space serves not only to open up the rear of the property to the house and create a connection from the principal space to the annex, but also affords great views back across the garden.
