Heart of Sleaford | Masterplan

The vision of the Heart of Sleaford Project is to remap the north of Sleaford town centre, rediscovering and rejuvenating some of the town’s hidden gems whilst creating a vibrant destination for visitors and local people. The site is perfectly located to provide a link between trade and events in the Market Place, Bristol Arcade and Money’s Yard, delivering the Money’s Yard to Market Place pedestrian links envisaged by the Sleaford Masterplan.

The development partners are North Kesteven District Council, Bristol Arcades LTD, Hodgson Brothers LLP, The Lincolnshire Community Foundation and ourselves. Together we bring expertise from the public, private and charitable sectors; all focused towards promoting the town, attracting inward investment and securing an exciting yet sustainable legacy for Sleaford.
